If you are watching American Horror Story, you’ve seen Sister Jude (Jessica Lange)’s performance of this song. At first i thought it was a bit silly, but the more i thought about it, the more i loved it. The song is simply amazing (as a lover of ‘old’ music, i was ashamed that i hadn’t heard it before), Jessica Lange made me fall in love with her… again (and how could anyone not love the girl from King Kong?) and it all fits so perfectly into the twisted setting of the Briarcliff institute.
If you love horror and don’t know American Horror Story, you should definitely check it out, amazing cast, great story and just big fun overall.
